Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a site operations professional to support defense and security programs. You will coordinate hardware, software, and modifications while ensuring contract compliance and strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in electronics/engineering or equivalent, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and an active SECRET clearance. You will work across engineering, program management, and government counterparts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronics/engineering required or preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the field.
• U.S. citizens with SECRET clearance required (DoD contract).

Responsibilities

• Assist site operations and oversee personnel.
• Coordinate hardware, software, and modifications.
• Ensure contract compliance and maintain relationships with customers.
• Support program management and engineers in proposal development.
