Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club seeks an Information Technology Intern for the 10-month paid program onsite in Augusta, Georgia. The role supports IT problems across departments, helps maintain Windows images, phones, POS, and Apple devices, and gains hands-on experience in a prestigious club environment during Masters Tournament week.

You will work with the IT team to resolve incidents, document actions, and learn troubleshooting best practices while upholding confidentiality and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least one year of coursework completed and ability to commit to a 10-month internship.
• Previous experience in a help desk environment or similar technical support role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as point of contact for resolving IT questions or problems across automation systems, software, and hardware.
• Diagnoses and resolves problems in response to user reports, events, and incidents.
• Documents actions taken and enters data in the ticketing system; provide prompt technical advice and resolution.
