Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club offers a 10‑month, paid Human Resources Internship onsite in Augusta, GA. The program provides hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, and HR business partner functions through planned rotations.

You will support the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, campus recruiting, and intern/fellow programming, while assisting Masters Tournament preparation, HR communications, and data management. Confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program relevant to HR or business.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the full recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communications.
Support campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions.
Aid onboarding activities and new-hire documentation.
Participate in rotations across HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development.
Glean exposure to HR analytics, reporting, and Masters Tournament preparation.
Maintain confidential employee and candidate data and assist with departmental communications.
