Innova Solutions is hiring an IT Support specialist for a Lake Mary, FL engagement. This full-time/contract (W-2) role focuses on hands-on end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, system installation and configuration, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure reliable operation.

The position is based in Lake Mary, FL, with a pay range of $17–$18 per hour. Benefits are provided based on eligibility, and the employer supports a comprehensive suite of IT services.

Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an IT Support.

Location: Lake Mary, FL 32746

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract (W2)

Duration: 12 Months

What You'll Do:

• Hands-on experience providing end-user technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure. candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, responding to technical support requests, installing and configuring computers and peripheral devices, and ensuring the reliable performance of IT systems.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network connectivity while delivering timely issue resolution and excellent customer service is highly preferred.

What We're Looking For:

Looking for an IT Support with expertise in technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, desktop support, installation and configuration of computer systems, printers, and scanners, network support, system maintenance, and end-user support to ensure the reliable operation of IT infrastructure.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $17hr - $18/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
