Qualifications

• 5+ years of MSP experience.
• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with SonicWALL.
• Experience assisting with cloud migrations over to Azure.
• A team-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated support tickets from Tier 1-2 engineers.
• Support both Windows and macOS environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
• Assist with device management, security, and cloud administration.
• Deliver professional, high-quality support to clients.

What You'll Do
