Job summary

ProTech IT Solutions, a New Charter Technologies Company, is seeking a System Administrator to support clients remotely and on-site in Torrington, CT. The role focuses on delivering timely IT support and maintaining systems.

You will troubleshoot Windows Server and Windows 10, assist with Office 365, basic networking (TCP/IP), and use ConnectWise for tickets. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years IT support or related field experience.
• Basic familiarity with Windows Server and Windows 10.
• Foundational networking understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Monitor client systems and flag potential issues.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for Windows Server and Windows 10.
• Assist with Office 365 administration and user management.
• Support basic networking protocols (TCP/IP).
• Utilize RMM tools (ConnectWise) for ticketing and monitoring.
• Assist with Azure and AWS cloud tasks under supervision.
• Document procedures and client interactions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers.
