Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of Windows Server and Active Directory experience.
• 2+ years troubleshooting in high-availability environments.
• 2+ years PC repair, deployment, and decommissioning experience.
• 1+ years delivering IT client/server/network services.
• 2+ years networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years supporting Windows/Mac/Linux in a corporate setting.
• 2+ years maintaining a corporate network.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 2+ years networking experience.
• Preferred: Experience supporting video/teleconference equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide network engineering, troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration.
• Keep infrastructure networking and computing systems available during production hours.
• Partner with management and staff to deliver analytical and technical IT support.
• Manage local technical projects.
• Maintain or develop policies, procedures, and process documentation.
• Identify root causes of operational problems and inefficiencies.
• May lift up to 49 lbs and stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• May travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

Must have:

• 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies such as Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM
• 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment
• 2+ years of experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and decommissioning
• 1+ years of experience delivering IT client, server, and network services
• 2+ years of networking experience, including DNS, DHCP, SSL, the OSI model, and TCP/IP
• 2+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate environment
• 2+ years of experience maintaining a corporate network environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 2+ years of computer networking experience
• Preferred: Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
