A leading grocery store chain is seeking a Support Engineer to architect and manage Microsoft SCCM and Intune environments. The role involves maintaining Windows-based clients and supporting enterprise collaboration technologies including Microsoft Teams and AV hardware. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Microsoft Admin Portals, and experience with technologies such as Crestron and Logitech. Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree or associate's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune in managing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and AV hardware.

Responsibilities
