Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a skilled Level 2 Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team in Carlsbad. This role blends Level 1 and Level 2 support, triaging tickets and performing advanced troubleshooting with Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, and endpoint management.

You will support five offices and remote users across the enterprise, provisioning Microsoft 365, managing AD/Azure AD, and assisting with escalations to protect end-user productivity.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Technical Support or level 2 support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, AD/Azure AD provisioning, Intune, remote support tools, and networking fundamentals.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ / Network+ and/or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 helpdesk support for 5 offices and remote users.
• Triage and resolve issues related to hardware, software, OS, Microsoft 365, permissions, and connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, AD/Azure AD, Teams, and OneDrive; support AVD environments.
• Document incidents and contribute to knowledge base, mentor Level 1 technicians, and collaborate on IT projects.
