Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team in Carlsbad, CA. You will handle a mix of Level 1/2 support, triage tickets, and advanced troubleshooting, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and AV D environments.

You’ll support 5 offices and remote users, collaborate across IT teams, and contribute to process improvements while mentoring Level 1 staff. Onsite work is required at the Carlsbad office, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Technical Support or level 2 support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, AD/Azure AD provisioning, Intune, remote support tools, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for 5 offices and all remote users across the enterprise.
• Triage and resolve issues involving end‑user hardware, software, OS, M365, permissions, and remote connectivity.
• Provision and manage Microsoft 365 accounts, including shared mailboxes, distribution lists, Teams, and OneDrive.
