Job summary

WithumSmith+Brown in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Service Technician to support our IT operations team. The Service Analyst II provides second and third level hardware, software, and foundational networking support to staff across the firm, mentoring junior IT team members.

Responsibilities include monitoring the incident system, acknowledging requests, documenting resolutions within SLAs, delivering remote and onsite support, and assisting with technology projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Experience supporting end-users in a Microsoft environment.
• Associates degree in IT or related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident system and ensure timely ticket handling.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level hardware, software, and networking support.
• Deliver remote and onsite support to staff.
• Assist IT management with projects and process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.
