Job summary

Artivion, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to provide advanced technical support for US and LATAM locations. You will handle complex incidents, perform problem resolution, and contribute to project execution under the IT Manager’s guidance.

You will support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise apps, troubleshoot networking issues, and document solutions in the knowledge base to improve service quality. Knowledge of regulated industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-6 years of IT support experience with complex technical tasks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and macOS systems, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and service management processes (ITIL knowledge preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
