Qualifications

• 3-4 years of IT infrastructure support experience.
• 2+ years in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Hands-on experience with VLANs, subnetting, and routing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple IT domains.
• Mentor and develop Tier 1 technicians.
• Manage escalated service tickets and ensure timely resolution.
