Totara is seeking a proactive IT professional to handle escalations from Tier 1 and lead incident response, including root-cause analysis and post-incident write-ups. You will administer Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and device management across macOS and Windows.

We value strong scripting in PowerShell or Bash, experience with Jira Service Management, and the ability to explain technical problems in plain language while pursuing automation and AI enhancements.

• Second-line IT support experience with a mixed macOS and Windows estate.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell or Bash.
