Job summary

Qorali is seeking a highly experienced technical leader to oversee enterprise‑scale Linux server infrastructure and automation across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will drive modernization and lead teams through large‑scale automation, patching, and cloud transformation initiatives.

You will architect and deploy Linux platforms (RHEL/Amazon Linux/Ubuntu/SUSE), shape patching and DR strategies, and build automated pipelines for images and governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large enterprise Linux environments (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu, SUSE).
• Strong automation and IaC background (Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with hybrid/cloud environments (AWS) and on‑premise integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, deployment, and optimization of large Linux environments across on‑prem and cloud.
• Own enterprise patching strategy using relevant tools.
• Design and maintain disaster recovery architectures and multi‑site failover.
• Build and manage automated AMI pipelines and image governance.
• Architect and support OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in hybrid clouds.
• Implement CIS/STIG security baselines and compliance automation.
• Drive infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, and IaC tooling.
• Mentor Linux engineers and lead technical knowledge sharing.

• Own enterprise patching strategy using Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Automation Platform, and AWS Systems Manager
• Design and maintain disaster recovery architectures, multi‑site failover, and cloud‑based DR solutions
• Build and manage automated AMI pipelines, golden images, and cloud image governance
• Architect and support OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in hybrid cloud environments
• Implement CIS/STIG security baselines and compliance automation
• Drive infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, and modern IaC tooling
• Mentor Linux engineers and lead technical knowledge‑sharing initiatives
