Job summary

Visionaryz Inc. in New York seeks an experienced IT support specialist to provide Tier 2/3 desktop and server assistance for Windows and macOS across enterprise environments.

You will manage imaging, deployments, AD/GP, DNS/DHCP, and collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Google Workspace, with hands-on networking gear and MDM tasks.

This role requires local travel to DOI offices and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, contributing to asset management and service desk excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tier 2/3 Windows and macOS support experience.
• Hands-on Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP experience.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID experience.
• Networking hardware installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Structured cabling and rack-and-stack experience.
• Strong hardware inventory and asset management skills.
• Able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with Google Workspace, virtualization, ITIL, ServiceDesk Plus, and AV/conference room systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows, macOS, and end-user devices.
• Handle workstation imaging, deployments, upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Administer Windows Server environments: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Google Workspace.
• Install and troubleshoot routers, switches, and cabling; rack-and-stack.
• Support iOS/Android devices and MDM (Workspace ONE/AirWatch).
• Assist with VoIP, telecom, AV systems and vendor coordination.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and service desk processes.
• Local travel to DOI offices required.
