Blossman Gas is hiring a Support Desk Specialist at our Home Office in downtown Ocean Springs, MS. You will help 85 locations by resolving IT issues, troubleshooting PCs, tablets, and printers, and handling tickets with accuracy.

If so, Blossman Gas, Inc seeks to hire a Support Desk Specialist at our Home Office in downtown Ocean Springs, MS. We are looking for team-oriented people who genuinely enjoy customer service-related work.

This specialized IT position will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure and troubleshoot PC-related issues while supporting our more than 85 retail and support locations throughout the company's 12 state footprint. This includes gathering and recording relevant information in a timely manner; assist users with technology questions; relay or escalation higher level issues.

This important position regularly provides end user support for Windows PCs, Android tablets, cellular devices, network printers and peripherals, and network connectivity issues

Key skills: Excellent written and communication skills; ability to learn new software and then maneuver effectively within it to help internal customers solve issues; strong desire to provide helpful service to our field and support locations; helpful, friendly personality. We prefer candidates with 2-5 years of prior Support Desk or Technical troubleshooting experience.
