Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Support Coordinator for a 12-month contract. You will triage and be first point of contact for IT tickets, balancing workload and maintaining SLA while delivering friendly service.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, technical environment. Jira Service Management experience and a customer-focused mindset are highly valued; a CompTIA A+ certification is a nice to have.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and OS skills required.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting internal or external customers.
• Experience with IT ticketing tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT Support to balance workload and priority.
• Be first point of contact for tickets in IT Support queue.
• Monitor queues and ensure prompt responses within SLA.
• Communicate with customers, gather information, inform changes.
• Escalate requests to appropriate teams as needed.
• Maintain documentation with updates and changes.
