Job summary

Live Oak Bank is a digital bank serving small business owners nationwide. The IT Intern role supports corporate applications, cloud platforms, hardware, and employees across the Bank, with remote and in-person options via TeamViewer and on-site collaboration.

You will collaborate with IT Support and Infrastructure teams on projects, install and troubleshoot bank software/hardware, and contribute to automation in cloud environments using Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Apple products.
• Internet and intranet services knowledge.
• Some familiarity with banking applications and support systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the IT Support and Infrastructure teams on assigned projects
• Work with employees in-person or remotely via TeamViewer to service their support requests
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Bank software, hardware, and audio-visual systems
• Innovate by building/scripting/automating processes for use in cloud production systems (Azure and AWS)
