Diverse Tech Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Support & Automation Engineer to own Tier 2 issues and drive safe, practical automation. You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows 11, and turn recurring work into reliable PowerShell scripts and workflows.

You will document testing and rollback steps, communicate clearly with clients, and contribute to secure, repeatable improvements while avoiding data exposure. We value sound judgment over buzzwords.

Qualifications

• Independent ownership of common Tier 2 issues.
• Microsoft 365 and endpoint fundamentals.
• Safe scripting judgment and managed-services discipline.
• Ability to explain testing, rollback, and AI usage with client data protected.

Responsibilities

• Tier 2 ticket resolution.
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows troubleshooting.
• Client communication and service restoration.
• Security-aware administration and governance.
• PowerShell and RMM improvements.
• Documented testing and rollback procedures.
