Qualifications

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Windows and macOS operating systems
Desktop and laptop hardware
Network connectivity and basic troubleshooting
Software installation and configuration
Active Directory and user account management
Imaging and patching systems
Remote support tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, switches, routers, and peripherals
Build out systems with SOPs and documentation
Maintain documentation of support activities and system configurations
Routinely test and monitor IT system performance for security and reliability
Assist with onboarding/offboarding by setting up user accounts and access
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity
Collaborate with IT and engineering on system upgrades and patches
