Job summary

Saxton & Stump is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and provide top-notch employee support. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving technical issues, deploying software and hardware solutions, and improving the reliability of the IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IT support experience, strong Windows/macOS knowledge, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2-4 years of solid technology support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network and server infrastructure.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Assist with IT-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
