Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Ontario, California to deliver Level 1/2 end-user support across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, with emphasis on Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools. You will manage incidents, service requests, and contribute to endpoint management and infrastructure support.

The role requires strong customer service, solid troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks, and the ability to work within SLAs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in IT or CS.
3–7 years of IT Support/Service Desk experience.
Experience with EUC support and end-user computing environments.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
Support Windows OS and enterprise applications (MS 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Assist with Microsoft 365 products and collaboration tools (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint).
Provide incident and service request management per SLAs.
Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Support imaging, installations, upgrades, and patching; manage assets and inventory.
