Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an IT Support Analyst to assist end users and maintain hardware, software, and network services in our Germantown, TN office. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with 1–3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office installation process.
• Experience with end-user hardware, software, and data/voice networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end-user support for hardware, software, applications, and networks.
• Train users and assist with network connectivity.
• Document troubleshooting steps thoroughly in the ticketing system.
