Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across distribution centers in PA, OH, and WV. Occasional travel to sites is required. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage tickets, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure reliable operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of IT support experience as a Tier 1 or 2 Analyst.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows 11 and hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical issues via phone, email, chat or ticketing system.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets in the ticketing system.
• Provide remote support for hardware, software, network, and mobile issues.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2 or higher support levels.
