Job summary

TEKsystems in Canonsburg, PA is seeking an IT Support Technician for a contract role. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assist providers, physicians and patients with portal or technical problems.

You will also handle technical investigations, vendor coordination, and collaboration with manufacturer program teams to ensure timely resolutions and maintain service levels.

Job description

Our client is looking to hire a IT Support Technician. This is a great opportunity to work for a smaller company and evolve into a more technical role. This role will troubleshoot hardware and software related issues. In this role, this person will be providing support to providers/physicians, patients (for portal or technical issues), and manufacturer program teams

Technical Investigation

• Review application logs
• Validate workflow status
• Investigate API failures
• Review interface queues
• Validate data conversions
• Troubleshoot fax, SMS, email, and file processing
• Investigate provider portal issues

Customer Support

• Support providers/physicians
• Support patients (for portal or technical issues)
• Support manufacturer program teams
• Coordinate with specialty pharmacies
• Work with integration partners

Vendor Coordination

• Open and manage tickets with your development partner
• Coordinate releases
• Validate fixes
• Track SLAs
• Escalate production issues

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Canonsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
