Waypoint Services seeks an IT Support Administrator to join a tight-knit team in Green Bay, WI. You will handle 10–20 daily Jira tickets supporting 100–120 employees and assist with user accounts, email, AD, and Azure policy.

You’ll set up workstations/VMs, learn Config Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Intune, and contribute to broader sysadmin duties for specialized systems. We value mindset and potential; prior help desk experience or internships count.

Formación

• Entry to early IT career with help desk or internships considered.

We are looking for an IT Support Administrator to join a close-knit team of six with our client in Green Bay, WI. A recent internal promotion has created an opportunity for someone new to join the team.

What you’ll do

• Work 10-20 tickets a day in Jira, supporting 100-120 corporate employees plus escalations from other divisions
• Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, and Azure group policy
• Set up workstations and VMs and keep machines running
• Learn Microsoft endpoint tools like Config Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Intune
• Pitch in on sysadmin work for some of the specialized systems

Who we’re looking for

We’re hiring for mindset first and can teach the rest.

• Early in your IT career, or fresh out of school. Help desk, internships, and hands-on projects all count.
• Comfortable with the Microsoft stack: Windows, Active Directory, and O365/Azure basics
• Curious and a problem solver who digs in instead of waiting to be told what to do
• A team player who asks questions, helps others, and builds relationships
• Good with people. You can explain tech in plain English and stay calm with a frustrated user.
• Comfortable in the gray. This team doesn’t have a ton of rigid process, and you’ll thrive if you figure things out as you go.

Nice to have, not required: PowerShell basics, Intune or SCCM exposure, A+/Network+, or any Microsoft cert.
