Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an IT support specialist in Lake Mary, FL to deliver hands-on end-user tech support and maintain IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network issues, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent service.

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract (W2) Duration: 12 Months

What You'll Do

Hands-on experience providing end-user technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure. candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, responding to technical support requests, installing and configuring computers and peripheral devices, and ensuring the reliable performance of IT systems. Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network connectivity while delivering timely issue resolution and excellent customer service is highly preferred.

What We're Looking For

Looking for an IT Support with expertise in technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, desktop support, installation and configuration of computer systems, printers, and scanners, network support, system maintenance, and end-user support to ensure the reliable operation of IT infrastructure.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $17hr - $18/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
