Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Solon, Ohio is seeking an IT Support professional to provide Tier I technical support to end-users via phone, email, Teams, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

You will collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems, coordinate with vendors for repairs, and assist with onboarding. Strong communication and hands-on IT skills with Windows, AD, Exchange/Outlook, Office, Teams, and Adobe Connect are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Business or Technology related field or IT Certification.
• At least 1 year hands-on IT/IS experience with Windows OS, AD, Exchange/Outlook, Office, Adobe Connect and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in inventory management of hardware and software assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I end-user support to end-users via phone, email, Teams, or in-person.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve issues and manage repairs or replacements.
• Update users on incident or service request status for clear communication.
• Support initial computer setup for new employees and onboarding processes.

What's the Job?

• Update users on the status of their incident or service request to ensure clear communication.
• Support initial computer setup for new employees, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

What's Needed?

• Minimum BS in Business or Technology related field or IT Certification.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IT/IS experience with relevant system software including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe Connect, and Microsoft Teams.
• Demonstrated skills in implementation and troubleshooting of IT systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist users and document issues.
• Experience in inventory management of hardware and software assets.
