Job summary

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is seeking an IT Supervisor based in Lake Orion, Michigan, to lead on-site IT support for a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. You will oversee IT personnel, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with operations leadership, vendors, and customer representatives.

The role supports GM operations and involves coordinating technology projects, maintaining documentation, and driving system

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS preferred.
• Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware support, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily activities of on-site IT personnel and third-party technology providers.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of warehouse and business-critical systems.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and workstation issues.
• Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control systems, RF technology, and related operational applications.
• Manage user account administration, system access, and security compliance.
• Maintain network infrastructure, servers, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
• Lead technology implementations, upgrades, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with corporate IT teams to ensure facility technology standards are maintained.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, system procedures, and recovery plans.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical training and support to operations and administrative personnel.
• Ensure compliance with customer, corporate, and cybersecurity requirements.
