Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an IT Supervisor to support the day-to-day technology needs of a hotel, ensuring systems, hardware, networks and operations are reliable, secure and efficient.

This hands-on role troubleshoots hardware and software issues, supports key systems (PMS, POS, guest Wi‑Fi, telephony, workstations, printers, mobile devices and AV), coordinates with vendors and corporate IT, and helps with cybersecurity best practices.

The IT Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day technology needs of the hotel, ensuring systems, hardware, networks, and technology-related operations remain reliable, secure, and efficient.

This hands-on role provides technical support to hotel team members, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, assists with network and connectivity concerns, maintains computers and technology equipment, and coordinates with vendors and corporate IT resources when additional support is required.

The IT Supervisor will support key hotel technology systems, which may include Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), guest Wi-Fi, telephone systems, workstations, printers, mobile devices, audiovisual equipment, and other operational technology . The position will also assist with system access, user accounts, equipment inventory, technology installations, upgrades, and cybersecurity best practices.

Working closely with hotel leadership and all operational departments, the IT Supervisor will prioritize technology issues based on business and guest impact and ensure problems are addressed promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate has previous IT support, systems, networking, or hospitality technology experience with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience supporting technology within a hotel or hospitality environment is highly preferred , and previous Hilton experience or familiarity with Hilton technology platforms and standards is a plus .

Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users are essential. The successful candidate should also understand the importance of protecting confidential guest, team member, and business information.

Schedule flexibility and occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency support may be required based on hotel operational needs.
