Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with 3–7 years preferred.
• Background in strategy consulting or corporate strategy with rigorous analytics.
• Ability to operate independently on ambiguous problems with sound judgment.
• Strong quantitative intuition and experience building Excel models.
• Proven ability to develop executive-ready presentations and storylines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent analysis, research and critical thinking to support IT Strategy & Transformation at Baird on firm-wide projects.
• Work directly with the CIO and Senior IT Leadership Team on strategic priorities and executive messaging.
• Lead communications and change management to drive adoption of technology initiatives.
• Partner with senior IT leaders on roadmaps, assessments, planning and reporting.
• Lead focus groups and stakeholder interviews; synthesize findings into clear insights.
• Lead quantitative data analysis and Excel modeling with transparent assumptions.
• Develop storylines for executive presentations and actionable recommendations.
• Support content creation for IT Committee meetings and emerging technology reviews.
