Qualifications

• 15+ years in Information Technology with enterprise IT systems experience.
• 7+ years IT leadership including direct management of teams.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, software engineering, IT operations, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Oversee IT budget, vendor contracts, and technology investments.
• Lead IT department with clear priorities, metrics, and accountability.
• Ensure 24/7/365 reliable, secure, scalable IT operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and departments to align IT with business goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team and drive continuous improvement.
