This role supervises the IT Coordinator and partners with managed services providers to deliver secure, reliable technology solutions for city operations and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent recent full-time work experience.
• Minimum five years of IT experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee City IT operations and projects.
• Maintain and secure networks, servers, and devices.
• Coordinate with managed services providers.
• Develop IT disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide IT support for City meetings and events.
