Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency with .NET, MySQL, Systems Administration and Systems Integration; SQL skills required.
• Experience with ERP, Business Intelligence and Cloud-based IT systems preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong accountability.
• Proven track record as a hands-on technology leader delivering high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with future growth.
• Define business needs, system requirements, and timelines for system enhancements.
• Oversee technology projects including systems administration, networks, and operations.
• Build and develop a strong IT organization.
