You will lead a small team, manage resources and budgets, and drive continuous improvement across infrastructure, applications, and support services.

The role requires 8–10 years of IT experience, 3–5 years in IT management, and strong leadership. Hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 15% is offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• BA/ BS, 8-10 years of progressive IT experience, with 3-5 years of IT management.
• Strong people leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Expertise in managing IT programs and aligning technology with business goals.
• Experience with business requirements analysis and project management.
• Planning, organizing, and capacity planning skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or human-centered design experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically (15%).

Responsibilities

• Develop functional strategy in collaboration with partners and leaders to align tech initiatives with business needs.
• Forecast plans, budgets, and resources; build business cases for key activities.
• Deliver end-to-end technology solutions aligned with objectives and operational requirements.
• Lead and develop a small IT team; manage performance and accountability.
• Maintain partnerships with business stakeholders and participate in steering committees.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure delivery and value.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and audit requirements.
• Maintain an enterprise capability catalog to enable reuse and standardization.
• Prioritize and shape the technology portfolio to meet demand and capacity.
