In this hybrid role, you will drive standards, patterns, and governance while collaborating across engineering teams to deliver cohesive, scalable technology enabling Subaru's connected vehicle initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 12–15 years of diverse technology experience including Java application development, PLSQL/Oracle, web services, and mobile app development.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives CV technology strategy and roadmap across engineering and business teams.
• Researches and evangelizes technologies with cost vs. business benefit models.
• Develops architecture standards, reference patterns, and decision frameworks.
• Champions standards and cross‑engineering consistency.
• Coaches teams through change management and adoption of new tech.
• Cultivates vendor and internal partnerships to align roadmaps.
• Maintains knowledge of architectural standards and cybersecurity principles.
