The role collaborates with business leaders to achieve strategic objectives, optimize processes, and deliver training and resources for clients in all markets.

The position requires a 4-year degree, strong communication skills, and extensive vendor management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT management experience preferred in construction or similar industry.
• Ability to translate organizational needs into technology solutions.
• Experience managing IT projects and staff in office-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT department plan aligned with company goals.
• Advise leadership on technology investments, risks, and digital initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and service partners.
• Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring documentation and governance.
• Communicate roadmaps and status to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Serve on the Leadership Team and drive continuous improvement.
