Job summary

RITALKA, Inc. is a family-owned engineering and manufacturing company focused on rural Midwest communities. The Director of Technology will lead IT strategy, governance, and cybersecurity across locations to support growth.

A strong leadership background and experience with enterprise systems are essential. The role oversees IT teams, budgets, vendor negotiations, and training initiatives. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; 8+ years IT experience with 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategic Technology Leadership: Develop and execute the technology strategy to align with business objectives.
Enterprise Systems and Infrastructure Oversight: Lead planning, implementation, and optimization of all corporate software systems and infrastructure.
Business Partnership & Innovation: Partner with leaders to assess technology needs and deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.
Team & Resource Management: Lead and develop IT staff; manage department budget and training.
