Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field required.
• 10+ years total IT experience; 5+ years leadership experience.
• Preferred certifications: CISM, CISSP, ITIL, or PMP.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networks, servers, hardware, software, cybersecurity, cloud services, and business applications.
• Experience with application development, system integration, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Department's management, planning, and direction.
• Develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Provide technology guidance to senior leadership via presentations and business cases.
• Establish and improve IT policies, standards, and governance.
