Responsibilities

• Lead definition of IT strategy, architecture, processes, and future roadmap.
• Work with VP, Operations to define departmental goals.
• Provide direction in selecting key systems areas including warehouse management.
• Align IT initiatives with current and future business goals for success.
• Oversee ongoing changes within the P21 ERP system.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve company effectiveness.
• Analyze business requirements with stakeholders to develop IT solutions.
• Assess 3rd party vendors and develop IT infrastructure and core application strategies.
• Provide leadership to IT personnel and set performance metrics for the team.
• Define and set IT SLAs for business functions.
• Onboard and educate users regarding network security, applications, end-user computing and tools.
