Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Information Technology to lead IT strategy, security, and digital systems for APCI FCU and related operations.

The role partners with executives to deliver secure, scalable technology aligned with regulatory requirements and member service goals. You will manage IT staff, vendors, core processors, and MSPs, ensuring reliable operations, incident response, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments is preferred but not required.
• Certifications in cybersecurity, risk, project, or IT management are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with APCI FCU's goals.
• Lead and mentor IT staff and manage relationships with vendors.
• Oversee daily IT operations including networks, servers and cloud services.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards and documentation.
• Oversee cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are tested.
• Prepare reports for executive management and board oversight.
