Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of relevant experience within financial services.
• Five (5) years of IT management experience.
• CISSP certification.

• Leadership, mentoring, communication, attention to detail and analytical/problem solving abilities.
• Ability to drive organizational change and optimize operations.
• Strategic thinker with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Bank’s Information Technology function.
• Manage contractual arrangements and vendor management with data service providers and third-party vendors.
• Work with IT Committee to develop an IT budget and secure equipment.
• Ensure IT Strategic Plan supports company-wide goals.
• Plan, deploy and maintain IT systems and operations.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and best practices.
• Oversee network and system implementations with IT Director.
• Oversee disaster recovery operations and regulatory compliance.
• Lead IT Steering Committee and Enterprise Risk Management coordination.
• Direct reports include Director of Information Technology.
