APCI Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Information Technology to lead the IT strategy, oversee infrastructure, and strengthen cybersecurity. The role partners with executive leadership and regulators to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions that support member services and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will manage IT operations, policies, and vendor relationships, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and data security.
• Experience in creating business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the plan and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff and manage relationships with vendors.
• Oversee daily IT operations including networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user support.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.

Reimaginemos lo que es posible**APCI Federal Credit Union** is seeking a strategic and hands-on technology leader to serve as **Manager of Information Technology.** The Manager of Information Technology is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and oversight of the APCI Federal Credit Union’s (APCI FCU) information technology (IT) infrastructure, cybersecurity posture and digital systems in accordance with established APCI FCU, NCUA, FFIEC, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APCI) and other relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.This role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of technology platforms while aligning IT initiatives with the APCI FCU’s strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and member service objectives.As a member of the APCI FCU’s management team, the incumbent will report to the APCI FCU’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In addition to the primary accountability for overall IT operations, the Manager of IT partners closely with executive leadership, department heads, vendors, and regulators to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative technology solutions that support operational excellence and member experience.APCI FCU provides financial services to Select Employee Group (SEG) employees and members of their immediate family and households as outlined in the Field of Membership (FOM) charter for APCI FCU. The APCI FCU provides a broad range of financial related products and services including mobile banking, remote deposit capture, vehicle loans, refinance mortgage loans, personal loans, MasterCard, savings, checking, share certificates and IRAs. Loan amounts range from $500 to $1,200,000 while individual member deposits range from $5 to over $1,000,000.While having only a single physical location in Allentown, PA, the APCI FCU’s members span over the 50 U.S. states in addition to a small international contingent. Larger member concentrations are located in Pennsylvania, Texas, California, Arizona, and Louisiana. Perform other duties and complete projects assigned by executive management.**Minimum Hiring Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required or, an Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field with 15+ years of relative work experience.* Experience in a financial institution or regulated environment is preferred but is not required.* Certifications in cybersecurity, risk, project, or IT management are preferred but are not required.* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and be available for any situation where IT support is needed.* Expected travel: 5%.* A valid driver’s license is required.#LI-Onsite#LI-AT1#INDCOR
