Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 7+ years managing/directing IT operations.
• 5+ years in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the credit union's technology vision and strategy to support growth and innovation.
• Lead enterprise-wide IT operations, infrastructure, and systems development with focus on security and scalability.
• Champion information security, compliance, and risk mitigation across platforms.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with executives to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee vendor relationships, architecture review boards, and strategic IT partnerships.
• Inspire and manage a high-performing IT team and culture of accountability.
• Ensure seamless IT service delivery with robust change management and performance monitoring.
