Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking an IT Strategist to drive strategy and execution for TS/SCI networks, SIPRNet VDI, and Cross Domain Solutions for DIB partners. This hybrid role leads CIaaS pilots, accelerates site onboarding, and ensures a zero data footprint while coordinating with government stakeholders and industry partners.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of DoD/IC program management experience, RMF/ATO proficiency, and strong communication skills to translate complex cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Active, in-scope Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years of tactical and strategic project management experience within the DoD/IC or DIB.
• Deep experience with RMF, ATO lifecycle, and ICD 705 SCIF build-outs.
• Practical understanding of IaaS, secure cloud environments, Type-1 encryption transport, and modern SDLCs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of three professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CIaaS strategy and execution to modernize DIB access to classified data.
• Lead transition from government-funded infrastructure to a contractor-delivered MVP operating at mission speed.
• Coordinate PMO-like governance between government stakeholders and industry partners.
• Plan and drive onboarding timelines to reduce site onboarding from months to weeks.
• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and accreditation requirements.
• Serve as a senior cybersecurity and program advisor to DIU leadership.
