CACI International Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Systems Strategist to bridge strategic IT discussions with execution for Army enterprise IT initiatives at NC4SI.

You will capture customer intent, distill complex issues, and draft succinct, decision-ready staff deliverables for leadership, including briefings and executive summaries. The role requires an active Secret clearance, a DoD background, and the ability to present insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required and DoD IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years working with DoD IT systems and enterprise architectures.
• Ability to translate strategy into concise staff deliverables and briefings.
• Experience advising senior military leaders (O-6+) and SES personnel.
• Familiarity with Pentagon processes and Army tasking systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL, enterprise licensing, and roadmapping.

Responsabilités

• Participate in high-level meetings to capture strategic intent and objectives.
• Translate discussions into actionable IT strategies and courses of action.
• Draft and finalize info papers, executive summaries, and metrics.
• Present deliverables to senior leaders and ensure alignment with policies.
• Support IT modernization, cloud migration, and enterprise services.
• Lead teams to incorporate input into polished staff products.
