Job summary

Real Fruit Bubble Tea in Bay Shore, NY seeks a flexible team member to support daily store operations and IT needs. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will troubleshoot POS systems, internet connections, debit and credit machines, and assist with store activities weekly, including beverage preparation and customer service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager and regional teams, manage inventory, and help with IT policy development

Qualifications

• New grads welcome, no prior experience required and training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management, decision-making, and problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong ability with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations, including prepping ingredients and beverages.
• Support store manager with staff supervision and customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Provide IT support for POS systems, networks, and payment terminals.
• Serve as IT liaison with administrative and operational teams.
• Collaborate with departments and managers to align IT with business needs.
• Contribute to IT policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations.
