Job summary

Eataly Boston is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join the IT team, responsible for evaluating and implementing IT strategy and solutions across Eataly USA locations, including stores and Corporate office.

The role reports to the Director of IT, works autonomously, develops SOPs, manages projects, supports store openings, and maintains POS systems; requires Bachelor's (preferred) and 3+ years IT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• +3 years of related IT experience.
• Specialized knowledge in computer systems analysis.
• Outstanding time management and organization skills.
• Excellent communication, motivation and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
• Manages IT projects from start to finish.
• Advises management regarding IT infrastructure for multiple Eataly USA locations.
• Supports technology implementation during new store openings and system rollouts.
• Manages day-to-day POS systems and ensures performance and stability of POS applications.
• Provides timely resolution to customer service IT requests.
• Analyzes system issues and contributes to development and enhancement of IT systems.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
