Job summary

Kaiyuh Information Technologies, LLC in Fort Knox, KY is seeking an IT Specialist IAT Level II to join our team. This role supports 16 training sites nationwide and manages more than 15,000 computers across the 80th Training Command, sustaining classroom networks and related services.

You will maintain LAN/WAN hardware and AV equipment, assist with Microsoft Azure Cloud administration, PowerShell automation, BI reports, and Microsoft 365 licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years documented, relative work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years in a technical training or education environment.
• Information Assurance (IA) Certification required.
• Possess and maintain current (IAT) Level II professional certification.
• The Security+ certification required.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Demonstrated proficiency with administrative features Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 products, Skype for Business, and Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, web collaboration tools such as SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance support on the 80th Command LAN/WAN hardware, audio/visual equipment, and software in support of the classroom operations.
• Provide assistance with managing and developing assignments, such as Microsoft Azure Cloud Administration, PowerShell automation, BI-Reports, Microsoft TEAMs utilization, M365 license management, and technical guidance for your various clients and students.
• Performs additional duties placed upon them as needed by the Sr. IT Project Manager for all general project management requirements, assignments, and reporting.
• Remain proficient in other cyber and security related areas as the mission and emerging technologies are developed and/or implemented within the Enterprise.
• Performs incidental tasks related to the position as well as various duties, as assigned, to support the overall objectives/goals of the team.
